Workspace Design Show 2026

Last week, Social Spaces attended the Workspace Design Show 2026 at the Business Design Centre in London. Joining the UK’s workplace interiors community for two days of inspiration, conversation and future-focused design. It was the perfect setting to share our latest thinking on how social, flexible spaces can shape tomorrow’s workplace.

Showcasing our newest collections
Workspace Design Show was the ideal platform to unveil a link up of products that are all new to the Social Spaces portfolio, each designed to support agile, multi-functional environments. From collaborative seating and meeting solutions to agile tables and accessories, every piece on the stand was chosen to demonstrate how considered furniture can encourage connection, comfort and productivity in equal measure. These new additions also include Aran, Metro and Kaya from our new Morgan Collection. Visit our Workspace Design Show page to find out more about the products showcased at the Show.

The upholstery on the stand featured fabrics from Camira, Skopos, Agua and Panaz, displaying a rich mix of textures, colours and performance qualities that allowed each setting to feel distinctive while remaining practical for busy workplace environments.

Workspace Design Show 2026 stand

A stand that felt like Social Spaces
Our stand was designed to look and feel like a real Social Spaces project: warm, inviting and effortlessly practical. It brought to life our belief that “Social Spaces specialises in creating stylish, contract furniture that seamlessly fuses design with functionality. At the heart of every product lies a balance of creativity and practicality, delivering furniture that embodies exceptional quality, comfort, and effortless usability.”

Layered materials, soft forms and carefully planned layouts showed how the right furniture mix can transform open-plan offices into dynamic, human-centred environments. The result was a space that encouraged visitors to pause, sit, chat and imagine how these solutions could work in their own schemes.

Connecting with the workplace design community
One of the real highlights of the show was the people. Over the two days, we met a fantastic mix of designers, dealers, workplace consultants and end users. Those conversations, from quick introductions to in-depth project chats, made the event especially rewarding for the whole team.

We also had the pleasure of having Jo Day, the designer of our new Havana range on our stand on the first day. Jo shared insights, answered questions and helped visitors explore how the Havana range could support their upcoming projects. The feedback received, on comfort, aesthetics and versatility, was incredibly positive and will continue to shape how we evolve the Social Spaces portfolio.
